Sign up as soon as possible to take your exam at the TTC to ensure you get accommodations. This is especially crucial in the final two weeks of the quarter, when the number of classes offering an exam in class is restricted. Signing up early will also allow the TTC to confirm that you have registered for your accommodations with them and that they are available.
